About the Image:

The Ladies of Club Avignon is my take on Picasso's painting "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon". The original painting by Picasso showed young ladies of Avignon standing on the street in front of a brothel. My contemporary art deco cubist painting showed two women living it up in a club called "Avignon"....one with champagne, the other with a martini.
